KICKOFF
Our process begins with a joint kick-off meeting with key stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of the ‘must-have’ criteria for the specified position(s). Your criteria should account for the immediate needs of the position, as well as the long-term needs to support your corporate goals. We also discuss and agree on the overall interview, status, reporting, and placement processes. We develop a custom search plan based on this information.
RESEARCH AND PRE-SCREENING
Using our proven approach to candidate research, we immediately begin identifying prospective candidates using the ‘must-have’ criteria provided. We then begin pre-screening, qualifying and/or disqualifying candidates. This phase of the process continues until a successful candidate has been offered, and accepts the position.
CALIBRATION
We conduct a calibration call within 2-3 weeks of launching the search. This call shares and reviews the initial progress and discusses prospective candidates for calibration purposes. This ensures, early in the process, that we are aligned in terms of talent need, specific criteria, and the targeted approach.
QUALIFICATION
Following calibration, we continue to qualify/disqualify pre-screened candidates until a successful candidate has been offered, and accepts the position.
CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
We formerly present candidates with custom profiles for those that meet your criteria. This will kickoff your interview process. We maintain close communication with the candidates after presentation to ensure they remain engaged.
